Sometimes it is better to keep things simple. Gin, Vermouth, Smoked sugar rim, lemon rind.
25ml - Dry white vermouth
Saucer - Smoked sugar
Handful of Ice
½ inch wide strip of lemon zest
2. Grab a saucer & fill it with Smoky Brae Smoked Sugar. Wet the rim of the glass with lemon then dip the glass to make a smoked sugar rim.
3. Combine the gin, vermouth and ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass.
4. Squeeze lemon zest (shiny side down) about 2 inches from martini to release the oils, curl and place on rim of glass or discard.
5. Sip away.
