Grilled Peaches

Grilled Peaches with a Smoky Twist - Fresh ripe sweet peaches, grilled on a hot pan with a smoked sugar buttery glaze. 

Ingredients
100g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Smoky Brae Smoked Sugar
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Ice Cream or Cream
Method
1.    In a small pan combine the butter and smoked sugar, melt and mix together
2.    Heat a grill pan to high. Brush the peaches with the melted butter/sugar mix and grill, continue to turn the peaches and brush with butter until golden brown and warmed through.
3.    Divide peaches among four bowls of ice cream and sprinkle with a generous pinch of Smoky Brae Smoked Sugar.
4.    Enjoy the sweet peaches with a lovely smoky aroma!
